- 3+ years experience with JavaScript (and ideally 5+ years of development experience) and 2+ years with ReactJS
- At least 2-3 years of developer management experience. Where those developers used React with at least 2 developers having reported to you, ideally you'd have managed a larger team though or multiple JS focused teams.
- Still hands-on with code every day.
- Familiar with Sass
- More than comfortable with modern web development standards including HTML, CSS, Javascript and responsive design
- Fluent with the command line, you use git
- E-commerce experience is a big plus but not a requirement
Skills Required
- HTML5/CSS3/Bootstrap/Material UI
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Strong experience with ReactJS and React Hooks
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Strong expertise on JavaScript and TypeScript
- Modern JS toolsets (ES6+, Webpack, Babel)
- Experience with integrating front-end applications to backend REST APIs
- Handling JSON payload
- Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization mechanisms, Oauth and JWT
- Great communication skills, a strong work ethic.
- Ownership of the product from start to finish.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
